Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience, CRE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly close process with schedules and audit binder support.
• Oversee client accounts to ensure monthly billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare quarterly Tax and GAAP financial statements with supporting schedules.
• Present variance explanations for revenue and expense with property management.
• Develop financial reports and schedules per lender and third-party requirements.
• Assist with budgets and quarterly reforecasts with property management.
