This role involves overseeing various accounting tasks for a portfolio of commercial properties, including financial analysis and monthly reconciliations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in property accounting. Qualifications

• 5+ years of property accounting experience preferred.
• Comfortable in making sound financial decisions.
• Experienced in balance sheet account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate portfolio of approximately 20 properties.
• Complete monthly workpapers and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Process monthly tenant rent statements and reconcile accounts receivables.
• Assist Controller with bank reconciliations and cash receipt functions.
