Day shift, 40 hours weekly in the Property Management Admin department; bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or business field.
• Three to five years' experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.

Responsabilités

• Assists with monthly review of entity templates for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconciles the monthly Corporate Finance bank account.
• Prepares and distributes Consolidated Audited Financial Statements and schedules.
• Works with Corporate Consulting to complete annual budgeting.
• Creates financial reports in Excel or PeopleSoft.
• Provides backup coverage for the Corporate Finance Manager.
