Job summary

Financial Additions in Dallas is seeking a Senior Real Estate Property Accountant to join a growing real estate team. You will manage full-cycle accounting for commercial properties, reconcile balance sheets, and review lease abstracts from property managers.

The role also involves calculating year-end operating cost adjustments (op ex/CAM) and tenant billings for assigned properties. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 3–5+ years in commercial property accounting with real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• 3–5+ years of commercial retail or office property accounting experience.
• Experience in real estate industry required.
