About the Opportunity: A growing Real Estate company is seeking a Senior Property Accounting Consultant to support real estate accounting, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Duration: 3 months minimum

Location: 100% Remote – PST or CST located ideal

Compensation: $40-60/HR W2

Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Scope:

• Provide real estate accounting support, including handling complex transactions and reconciliation issues
• Drive improvements to accounting processes and create efficient reporting templates and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational departments
• Work independently to solve problems, interpret financial data, and communicate accounting insights to key stakeholders

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, required
• Experience with a publicly traded company, preferred
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, or similar property management or accounting systems
