Senior Property Accountant ($105,000 base + 10% bonus + hybrid)
We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant for an esteemed real estate firm in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team responsible for managing this complex asset, ensuring accurate financial statements and reconciliations. Key highlights of this position include a competitive compensation package up to $105k plus a 10% bonus, a flexible three days in-office and two days remote work arrangement, and convenient transportation options such as on-site parking and accessible buses, including the IDB Bus serving South and North Stations. Additionally, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package from day 1 of employment, including 17 days of PTO, 2 floating holidays, 13 company holidays, company-paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance, along with other attractive benefits.
