Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience in ML/AI initiatives.
• Experience leading high-priority technical initiatives in corporate settings.
• Knowledge of LLM agent architecture: Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, MCP, A2A protocols.
• Experience with Python, R, and SQL for advanced modeling.
• Strong expertise in ML/DL algorithms, including Transformer, NLP, and using PyTorch and scikit-learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of agentic AI, LLM, and ML/DL solutions.
• Build, train, and deploy propensity models to predict customer behaviors, churn risk, and lifecycle triggers.
• Operate end-to-end pipelines from feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance on models.
• Own the lifecycle of models deployed in high-impact areas with continuous optimization.
• Present complex model insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
