Job Title: Validation Engineer

Join our innovative team at Project Farma, a leader in advanced therapy technical operations within the life science industry. We are seeking a dedicated Validation Engineer to support our manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure alignment and project success.
2. Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot engineering processes and equipment throughout their lifecycle.
3. Prepare and review technical documentation such as SOPs, validation protocols, requirements specifications, and reports.
4. Execute validation protocols in accordance with GxP standards.
5. Identify potential issues proactively, escalate when necessary, and develop creative solutions to challenges.
6. Engage in professional development and contribute to our patient-focused mission.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, representing Project Farma professionally.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field, or military equivalent.

Additional Requirements: Covid vaccination (with accommodations for medical or religious reasons), willingness to travel up to 100%, and full-time on-site presence.
