Qualifications

• 10+ years of survey experience; 2+ years of project management experience.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure in Washington preferred.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, construction staking, and right-of-way surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey tasks on a wide variety of projects including boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys.
• Support survey project delivery from planning through completion, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
• Provide QA/QC review of survey documents and ensure compliance with state and client standards.
