Job summary

Henderson Group in the greater Kingsport area is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project. You will direct 30–40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors to keep work on design, budget, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction; TDOT experience is a plus but not required. Relocation assistance is available; there is no travel involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience coordinating large crews and multiple subcontractors is required.
• TDOT experience is a plus but not required.
