Job Juncture is seeking a Project Superintendent for a heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area. The role will oversee 30-40 employees on grading and utility projects and coordinate 15+ subcontractors to meet design, budget, and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction and may have TDOT familiarity. Relocation assistance is available, and there is no travel involved in this position.
