Baker Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to directly oversee profitable installation of project work on medium to large projects, directing staff and interfacing with other trades to ensure safety, cost control and productivity. This role upholds our SQP culture and strong client relations.

You will manage planning and execution, mentor teams, and promote high standards across site operations while traveling up to 25% as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 6+ years in related roles.
• Line & Grade experience on construction projects.
• Foreman experience leading crews and coordinating trades.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems.
