Superintendent Level
Wharton-Smith, Inc is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent with Water/Wastewater background for the Fort Myers area. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and daily supervision of all job site field personnel on assigned projects. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality control.
$135,200+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses twice a year and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and company vehicle.
Superintendent Level
10-15 years of total construction experience.
Minimum of the most recent 5+ years as a Superintendent (required).
Candidates must currently be working in water/wastewater.
Senior Superintendent Level
15–20 years of total construction experience (20+ preferred).
Minimum of the most recent 10+ years as a Superintendent (required).
