Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer III to plan engineering resource utilization, maintain schedules, and report workload for high-complexity Gas and Steam Turbine projects.

You’ll serve as a liaison among Engineering, Service Projects, Commercial teams, and stakeholders to improve visibility and execution performance. The role requires leading scheduling efforts, coordinating with multiple functions, and ensuring engineering milestones align with outages and project

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field; equivalent scheduling/resource experience considered.
• Minimum six years of engineering project management, scheduling, or resource planning experience.
• Experience supporting engineering execution for power generation or turbine projects preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Windchill, and Power BI is preferred.
• Must be a permanent resident of the United States; travel 5–15% as required.

Responsabilidades

• Own engineering resource scheduling, workload leveling, and resource utilization planning.
• Maintain visibility of forecasted proposal work and engineering resource availability.
• Develop engineering schedules using estimates from Systems Engineering and Engineering Managers.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Service Project teams to align proposals with capacity and outage dates.
• Manage schedules for committed upgrades and product implementations, including meetings and risk reporting.
• Identify and resolve schedule risks, perform impact analyses, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and resource consumption through standardized reporting.
• Assist in implementing new products and coordinate with LTSA, Field Service, Manufacturing, and Purchasing.
• Integrate milestones into overall project schedules and reflect needs back to engineering planning.
• Ensure tasks are created and distributed within Windchill per engineering instructions.
