Responsibilities

• Develop early-stage schedule estimates and ranges for major projects.
• Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules per best practices.
• Collect and normalize completed project data.
• Develop schedule estimating relationships and early stage estimates.
• Identify critical milestones and activity durations.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor WBS scope of work.
• Track, analyze, and report information to manage projects and progress.
• Ensure accuracy of schedules and maintain version control.
• Identify baselines, perform what-if analyses, and schedule uncertainty analyses.
