Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across capital programs. You will establish and maintain the program's quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and set supplier/contractor qualification standards.

You will represent the client in audits, report quality performance to executives, and drive corrective actions, with a focus on regulated programs and high-stakes decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification; ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus; regulated programs experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; support corrective actions.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
