Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist to support the Blue Point project, delivering procurement execution, contract strategy, and supplier management in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The role collaborates with stakeholders across North America, leads sourcing and contract activities, and ensures compliance with procurement processes to optimize value and schedule.

Experience in large construction or process industries and knowledge of Coupa/Ariba is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in procurement.
• Experience with large industrial construction projects and/or operating plants, preferably in oil and gas or chemicals.
• Knowledge of contract terms negotiation, supplier management, supplier qualification, and risk management.
• Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba or other procurement systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing process including managing proposals, developing recommendations, and negotiating final contracts.
• Issue contract releases and purchase orders.
• Ensure reporting on progress and delivery updates; expedite critical path orders as needed.
