Senior Project Manager

Location: Macon, GA & McDonough, GA
Salary Range: $120K – $150K (DOE)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, based out of our Macon, GA office. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience managing various construction projects, including ground-up, renovation, structural steel, wood-framed, and cast-in-place concrete builds. Familiarity with GSFIC (Georgia State Financing & Investment Commission)-managed projects and correctional/detention facilities is a plus.

This role requires someone with strong project management skills who can manage multiple projects at various stages while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. The candidate will work primarily on design-build projects across Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently from inception to completion.
• Lead design-build and all-build phases with precision and efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 10-20+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Expertise in ground-up construction, renovations, structural steel, wood framing, and cast-in-place concrete.
• Experience in correctional/detention facilities construction is a plus.
• Familiarity with GSFIC projects is a bonus.
• Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
