Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and management of cost, schedule, and performance for complex engineering projects related to Zero Trust. The Project Manager will serve as the technical point of contact for the Program Manager, contributing to schedule, deliverables, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include resource allocation, mentoring, creating WBS and schedules, tracking requirements, leading teams, and reporting status.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 10+ years related experience.
• 8 years of experience with requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, scheduling and financial data monitoring.
• 6 years of additional program management experience with Federal Government may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• PMP certification or DAWIA Level 3 in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with resource allocation and planning.
• Direct and mentor project team to deliver technical plans and outcomes.
• Document system and process improvements and provide risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures, project plans, and schedules with milestones.
• Provide detailed tracking of project requirements and status reporting.
• Lead personnel management of technical project teams and ensure accountability.
