Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and direct the design team during planning, design, and construction.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring project goals align with their expectations.
• Ensure that all water and wastewater projects comply with relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain necessary permits.
• Mentor and guide staff members, providing technical and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering with emphasis on treatment from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment design.
• Proven track record of managing or leading treatment projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to stay current on new technologies, equipment, and treatment innovations.
