The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with our team on water and wastewater treatment projects for public and private sector clients. Responsibilities

Management of water and wastewater treatment design projects.
• Lead and facilitate engineering design staff.
• Work with design team across multiple offices and multiple disciplines to generate detailed design documents for construction plans.
• Manage client deadlines and project budgets.
• Lead business development activities including collaborating with our team in the marketing of new projects, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.

Required Skills & Required Experience

• B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering field or related field.
• NC Professional Engineering license.
• 10+ years' experience with increasing levels of project responsibilities for private and public sector water and wastewater projects.
• Successful track record of maintaining relationships with clients.
• Extensive technical experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment plants.
• A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
