Brown and Caldwell is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team.
This full-time position will contribute to project delivery and client service teams in winning and executing innovative planning, evaluation, design, permitting, and providing construction support services for a variety of advanced treatment plants, biosolids, pumping stations, pipelines, and integrated water resources projects for municipal clients. We are looking for a Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineer with a PE license who will partner with leaders in our Northeast Area to advance our growth strategy while providing project oversight and engineering mentorship related to water, wastewater, stormwater conveyance, or related water engineering work.
Remote work from within the New England region is allowed, but the selected individual must be willing to travel (~25% of the time) to client sites throughout New England.

The individual will utilize their knowledge of project delivery, business expertise, and metrics, as well as project processes, resources, and techniques to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and deliver quality services to clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and personal effectiveness skills. Leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, organizational aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams and develop clients are essential.
