Job summary

Garney Construction in Nashville is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and drive project profitability. The role focuses on budgeting, cost projections, and developing new business while coordinating value engineering opportunities with the owner/engineer team.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background with supervisory experience and flexibility to travel or relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule, support operational needs, and respond to urgent matters.
• Willing to travel and or relocate
