Garney is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across Florida. The role collaborates with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, with 1–3 years of related experience.

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination, construction, or field experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of construction documents, project processes, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Desire to grow into a leadership role within project management.

Responsabilités

Assistant Project Manager position is available through Garney. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of construction and infrastructure projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to develop their project management expertise while contributing to high-performing project teams.

What You Will Be Doing
