Job summary

AVANTech, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex programs across the organization. You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning to delivery, aligning with budgets and customer expectations.

The role requires proactive leadership, excellent communication, and effective stakeholder management in a dynamic environment. The Project Manager will coordinate research, development, design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning efforts, driving strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large, complex projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• All candidates must pass drug test, pre-employment physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business units.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools; provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks and issues early, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Create proposal costing worksheets and obtain quotes for materials.
