Halff has an opening for a Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer with a Texas PE License to join our Water/Wastewater Utilities team as a Project Manager in our Austin, TX office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Project Management experience in Water/Wastewater large diameter pipeline design. What you will do:

• Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
• Conduct studies, prepare reports, and read/develop construction plans and specifications.
• Manage and collaborate with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.
• Coordinate project deliverables, manage budgets and schedules, and resolve issues.
• Ensure quality assurance and control to meet or exceed client expectations and standards.
• Support construction administration and lead or assist permitting efforts.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (ABET accredited).
• At least 3 years of project management experience in Water/Wastewater pipeline design.
• Texas Professional Engineer License (PE).
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment, pump/lift stations, and water storage is desirable.
• Proficiency in conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans.
• Experience in managing project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and resolving issues.
