Job summary

Horner & Shifrin is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager to join our Water team in the St. Louis area. The position requires 10+ years of experience and a PE license, with responsibilities including leading municipal water/wastewater projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, develop proposals, and oversee schedules and budgets while mentoring junior staff. A BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering is required; MS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• Experience in drinking water, wastewater and/or stormwater design.
• Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Proficient in AutoCAD (preferred).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete a background check.

SALARY RANGE:

Horner & Shifrin, Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package and is committed to fair, competitive, market-based compensation. The target salary range for this position is $125,000 - $170,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
