SunEnergy1 in North Carolina seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead utility-scale PV solar, battery storage, and repowering initiatives from pre-construction to completion. You will manage a team, drive accurate forecasts, coordinate with supply chain and estimating, and ensure contractual compliance to deliver safe, on-time projects while cultivating long-term client partnerships.

The role demands strong leadership, deep EPC execution knowledge, and the ability to align stakeholders

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in managing EPC or large-scale projects.
• Experience in cost estimating, scheduling, and customer engagement.
• Understanding of prime/subcontract language and contract terms.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team including a Project Engineer and Construction Management to execute utility-scale solar, storage, and repowering projects.
• Manage project forecasts with Project Controls, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize value during buyout phases.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Estimating to deliver accurate, competitive project estimates.
• Oversee project scheduling with Scheduling team to meet objectives and milestones.
• Provide timely project reporting to internal teams and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements with support from internal resources.
• Build rapport with customers and identify strategic opportunities for long-term partnerships.
