Job summary

T2 Utility Engineers in Knoxville, TN seeks a Project Manager to coordinate client and design team efforts, manage budgets, schedules, and quality. The PM will mentor staff, develop work plans, and ensure timely delivery of utility engineering projects.

Responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, leading proposals, tracking performance against KPIs, and supporting office marketing efforts. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 4-year civil engineering degree and PE licensure or in progress.
• Proven ability to network for growth and client development.
• Strong written and verbal communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients to obtain work and builds relationships.
• Develops proposals, schedules, and work plans with the team.
• Monitors competition and reports on market activities.
• Oversees QA/QC to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Leads project teams and coordinates with design groups.
