Dewberry is seeking a Project Manager in Richmond, VA for our Commercial Utilities – Energy/Renewables group. You will develop project strategy, oversee design quality reviews, and manage financials for multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.

You will travel to client offices and project sites, mentor staff, and collaborate across Dewberry offices to pursue new business. A BS in Civil Engineering with EIT is required; PE preferred.

Competenze

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT is required; PE preferred.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is required.
• 8+ years of experience designing/managing commercial utility, energy or renewables projects.

Mansioni

• Contribute to overall project strategy, lead project pursuits and maintain client relationships.
• Develop responses to proposals and qualifications, including cost proposals.
• Meet with clients to develop and capture new business.
• Serve as project manager for clients across multiple jurisdictions and manage multi-discipline teams.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, project financials, invoicing, and collections.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff and subconsultants.
