Job Details

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Fully Remote (preferably on the West Coast)

Pay: Up to $200k depending on experience

Requirements: Industry experience in Transportation Management (Dept. of Transportation or similar), PMP certification, Proposal Writing Experience

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project teams and multiple projects
• Planning, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring project objectives
• Overseeing financials, schedule, and quality
• Scope definition, change management, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, document control, stakeholder communication, and team coordination

Experience and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science; Master’s preferred
• 2+ years in Agile environment
• 5+ years in full software development lifecycle and IT projects
• 3+ years in ITIL and Operations Management
• 5+ years in Intelligent Transportation Systems
• PMP certification required, CSM a plus
• Leadership experience with teams of 5+ developers
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Java programming experience is a plus
