Job summary

You will oversee timelines, documentation workflows, quality events, and the movement of materials and finished goods to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule manufacturing programs. The role requires strong PM, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills within a regulated life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, supply chain, business, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a regulated pharma/biotech/medical device environment.
• PM certification or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience coordinating CMOs, external manufacturers, suppliers, or labs.
• Proficiency with project planning, document management, collaboration, and tracking tools.
• Understanding of GMP and GDP practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary PM for CMOs, suppliers, testing laboratories, and logistics partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and timelines for manufacturing, testing, and shipping.
• Coordinate project team and CMO meetings, document decisions, and track actions.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and resource constraints; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain dashboards and communicate status to leadership.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and issue controlled documents supporting manufacturing and supply activities.
• Support deviation/quality event initiation as needed and collaborate with QA.
