Walmart is hiring a Project Manager II in Implementation and Sustainment for the Supply Chain in Los Lunas, NM. Regular/permanent position with a salary range of $84,000–$126,000 per year.

This role leads multiple projects, coordinates planning with business units, and develops tools and analytics to measure progress and success. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2–4 years in project/operations management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, or related field; 2 years’ experience in project management, operations management, or related field OR 4 years’ experience in project management, operations management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops tools that support project initiatives and analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leads one large project or multiple medium-sized projects by defining scope, objectives, risks and plans.
• Analyzes business efficiencies for Walmart Central Operations sustainment and implementation projects using analytical methodologies.
• Provides guidance to others in applying information and best practices to meet customer and business needs.
