Job summary

Entarian is searching for a Project Manager to lead the meshONE-T program, directing PMs and coordinating with network, IT, cybersecurity, software, systems engineering and admins to deliver on USSF/USAF missions.

The role requires 10+ years of IT enterprise network project experience, a bachelor’s degree in IT or CS, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and 10% travel to Sev1Tech and government locations. Top Secret eligible is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable IT enterprise network project experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar; without the degree, an additional 4 years will be required.
• Experience managing complex IT enterprise network projects and/or programs.
• Strong oral and written skills able to talk with technical subject matter experts, government civilians, and military personnel of varying rank
• Excellence in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook, etc)
• Travel: 10% to Sev1Tech and Government locations, as required

Responsibilities

• Directs, leads, and supervises the meshONE-T project managers, in accordance with existing procedures, applicable laws, and government requirements
• Provides technical expertise to the meshONE-T Service Management & Improvement team, as the primary program integration interface with government customers and current and future mission partners
• Manages complex projects while coordinating with network architects, network engineers, IT specialists, cybersecurity engineers, software engineers, systems engineers, and systems administrators in the execution of duties
• Implements government programs through a risk and oversight approach for all phases of program activities; identifies risks and issues, proposes solutions, and provides timely and accurate contract deliverables
• Develops and interprets policies in specific program areas, and provides leadership, coordination, and authoritative advice to Space Systems Command (SSC) leadership, resulting in the formulation and execution of progressive and comprehensive programs that meet mission objectives
• Coordinates with government customers to identify growth opportunities and align expectations with technical capabilities
• Explores opportunities to improve meshONE-T technical, cost, and schedule performance, and presents findings in customer meetings
• Ensures the effective management of the assigned program areas

Entarian is searching for a Project Manager with experience in building and improving enterprise network environments. The Project Manager will support the implementation, operation, and improvement of meshONE-Terrestrial (T), a scalable, resilient, cyber‑secure data transport network supporting United States Space Force (USSF) and Air Force (USAF) missions.

meshONE‑T is the ground component of the larger meshONE concept and will eventually integrate with the Air and Space components of meshONE to provide an end‑to‑end network solution across all mediums, environments, and warfighting domains.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of applicable experience listed in the roles and responsibilities
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other similar degree; without the Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years will be required
• Experience managing complex IT enterprise network projects and/or programs
• Strong oral and written skills able to talk with technical subject matter experts, government civilians, and military personnel of varying rank
• Excellence in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook, etc)
• Travel: 10% to Sev1Tech and Government customer locations, as required

Security Clearance: Top Secret Eligible

• Contracting or Purchasing experience on an IT contract
