What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead projects with overall accountability for scope, budget, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop project scope definitions and proposals with the assistance of the project team
- Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the primary contact for clients regarding project planning and execution
- Track and manage project metrics, risks, and issues while implementing mitigation strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of seven (7) years of consulting and client management experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant industry experience in engineering or utilities
- Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the electric utility industry
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency with financial analysis, scheduling, and resource planning tools
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
