Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Professional Services, to oversee multiple large, billable projects from inception to customer acceptance.

You will translate customer requirements into technical solutions, assemble teams, and manage scope, budget, and delivery quality across the PS lifecycle. You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with services sales and stakeholders to drive customer success, provide executive-level updates, and ensure seamless project execution across

Qualifications

PM certification preferred (PMP)
Advanced spreadsheet and project-tracking tools experience
Technical background in storage, data management, and infrastructure

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery for complex customer engagements within scope, budget, and timelines
Manage project financials, governance, and invoicing
Provide executive-level status reports, dashboards, and communications
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, mentoring junior PMs
Oversee architecture and delivery of large-scale storage/infrastructure solutions
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to meet client requirements
Contribute to PMO standards and continuous service improvements
