Job summary

The role requires 15+ years in commercial construction, Design Build experience, a B.S.

Qualifications

• Lead projects of $50M or greater in commercial construction.
• Design Build or Progressive Design Build experience.
• Fifteen+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Seven+ years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with project management software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• JD Edwards or similar construction applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative and technical requirements on-site.
• Coordinate contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement.
• Manage project financials setup and updates, and scheduling.
• Maintain focus on meeting customer needs, driving profitability and safety.

The Senior Project Manager is the senior on-site company representative responsible for managing all administrative and technical requirements. Supervises Project Managers’ activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials set-up/updates, schedule to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner. Maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. Builds business with current customers by delivering on our promises and creates new business with potential customers in a proactive manner, promoting all of our construction services.

The base compensation range for the role of Senior Project Managerfor Orange County, CA posted above is $160,000 to $200,000 annually.
