Qualifications

• 10+ years in a progressively responsible role with extensive estimating experience.
• Experience working on senior living or healthcare construction projects.
• Valid driver's license and OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of overall administration and execution of large-sized projects.
• Coordinate permit applications and negotiate subcontracts.
• Ensure quality control procedures and safety inspections are performed.
