Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will require guiding project execution, managing schedules, budgets, safety, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in construction project management, with at least 7 years on underground utilities, and a track record of delivering $10M–$50M+ projects. Hybrid work model in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of construction project management experience, preferably within heavy civil or underground utility construction.
• At least 7 years of experience managing projects involving underground utilities, large-diameter pipelines, pump stations, or heavy civil infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M–$50M or more.
• Strong knowledge of gravity sewer, force mains, water mains.

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position will have significant responsibility for project execution, financial performance, scheduling, quality, safety, and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing large-scale underground utility or heavy civil projects, including large-diameter pipelines, pump stations, deep utility systems, and related infrastructure.
