Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, and PMI-ACP certifications required.
• Experience leading projects with budgets, scope, and timelines.
• Ability to apply agile practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Serve as the scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to scrum principles.
• Implement and oversee change management processes to effectively manage project scope changes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project risks.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize delivery.
