Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPSM) in the Washington, DC metro area to support program direction, cost, schedule, and performance tracking within the HQ Services program.

The role requires a Master’s degree or 12+ years of experience, 5+ years in program management, PMP certification, and a Secret clearance. You will work to maintain internal controls and ensure successful contract delivery.

• Background and drug screening successful.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM duties in the Program Manager's absence.
• Assist with directing and coordinating contractual operations.
• Develop and implement internal standards, policies, and operating procedures.
• Establish controls to support effective program administration.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance requirements and communicate status to leadership.
• Identify and resolve operational problems that could affect program delivery.
• Support risk management, innovation, and quality management system activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in directing contractual operations, maintaining internal controls, and tracking cost, schedule, and performance across the HQ Services program.
