LHH is actively seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top client’s dynamic Sales Enablement Team, supporting U.S. and international sales teams with impactful resources that drive business success. In this role, you will oversee proposal development and account-based marketing projects for key accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable leading discussions across cross-functional teams. You’re proactive, open to feedback, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.

This role can be based in the Newark, NJ office or remotely within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end proposal development and account-based marketing projects for strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, design, and editorial teams to deliver high-quality materials on time.
  • Provide editorial review and quality control of deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, keeping teams aligned and informed.
  • Proactively identify project needs, clarify requirements, and execute next steps efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability across all phases of a project.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare, education, or B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects across multiple departments.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting or working closely with sales teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or managing design/creative vendors is a plus.
  • Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
