Job Description
- Oversee all phases of pre-construction planning, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, construction, and commissioning.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and government agencies.
- Develop and manage multimillion-dollar project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or compliance.
- Establish and monitor detailed project schedules, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
- Ensure the project adheres to all federal, state, and local building codes, and environmental standards.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to reduce impact on timelines and cost.
- Lead cross-functional teams including design, construction, finance, and legal professionals to deliver project goals.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience with ground-up Commercial or Hospitality projects
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager is required
- Ability to read and understand plans.
- Ability to travel throughout the Southeast long-term
- Capable of problem solving and experience with complex detailed projects.
- Ability to work with subcontractors, suppliers, utilities, city inspectors, organize and direct activities concerned with their construction projects.
- Technical savvy individual - Procore is utilized onsite
- Candidate should be able to operate independently while utilizing Senior Superintendent for support and guidance when needed
- Desire to grow with the company
