Senior Project Manager, Revenue Cycle

Join a high-impact project focused on transforming revenue cycle operations within a leading healthcare organization. Our client is seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to lead large-scale IT and business-critical projects with a strong focus on financial and clinical systems. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic outcomes, collaborate with key stakeholders, and contribute to enterprise-level initiatives in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Location: Remote OK Some onsite/travel required
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65 $75 per hour

What You ll Do:

• Lead enterprise-level revenue cycle initiatives through all phases, from concept to implementation and close-out.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and clinical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Apply project management best practices while driving execution, reporting, and communications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, technical design, build, and testing processes.
• Manage change readiness, including operational transition plans and stakeholder communications.
  
  

What Gets You the Job:

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience within healthcare.
• Proven experience with Soarian Financials and clinical project leadership.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications or training preferred.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated success managing complex healthcare or revenue cycle projects.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership and manage cross-functional teams.
