.Description ICF's Disaster Management Division seeks a Senior Project Manager to support clients in implementing federally- and state-funded residential mitigation grant projects. This position is hybrid with on-site work in Los Angeles County, CA. The Senior Project Manager will focus on leading residential property mitigation projects to reduce the risk to homes and property from natural hazards including wildfires, wind, ice storms, and severe weather.
The ideal candidate will be a proven FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Project Manager with a track record of superior execution and growth and will be responsible for ensuring that programs are positioned to optimize disaster grant resource allocation, build strong solutions to impacted areas, and provide strong risk management. Compensation: Although the posted range below is broader, this position is anticipated to offer a base salary in the $140,000–$150,000 range.

Pay Range
There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $118,807.00 - $201,971.00
