Senior Project Manager (Residential Construction) Baltimore

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows how to run the show in the field someone who's earned their stripes through hands-on work, can navigate the chaos of a job site without breaking a sweat, and who genuinely cares about building homes the right way. Your Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you'll be in charge of the full residential construction cycle from planning and ground break to final walkthrough. You won't just coordinate subs you'll lead the entire field operation, drive timelines, uphold our standards, and keep homeowners confident throughout the process. You'll work closely with our internal team, trade partners, inspectors, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly and the finished product reflects our brand.

This is a role with authority and visibility for someone who knows how to take ownership of outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day to day trade contractor scheduling and field oversight
• Assist team with project planning and developing site logistics
• Ensure job site safety is maintained
• Work closely with Pre-construction and Construction Manager team to identify and solve problems
• Direct field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule
• Ensure project is completed on schedule, within budget and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
• Ensure proper signage is posted on the job site, and safety requirements are met
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of five (5) years managing residential construction
• Professional degree, preferably in Construction Management or equivalent
• Experience in residential new home construction projects
• Proficient with project management software
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of residential construction methods, techniques and building codes.
