Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive design and construction experience, especially in complex environments (airports, transit, hospitals).
• Demonstrated delivery of capital projects $40M or greater with multi-stakeholder complexity.
• Strong familiarity with delivery methods: Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces for design and construction activities.
• Drive on-schedule and on-budget delivery according to contractual obligations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across various groups and agencies.
