Job summary

BKF Engineers, a multi-service infrastructure firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager in its Government Solutions Group in California. You’ll lead public capital programs from concept through construction, build client relationships, and mentor teams. This is a high-visibility leadership role with cross-office collaboration.

Required: ABET‑accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering, California PE license, 10+ years in municipal infrastructure or public‑sector land development, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree ABET-accredited is required.
• Must hold a California PE license and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to public agency clients on capital programs and staff augmentation.
• Manage projects through planning, PS&E, and construction phases.
• Build and lead project teams; define scope, schedule, and budget in proposals.
• Oversee construction management with inspectors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and inspectors.
