Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC, a Fairfax, VA-based company, is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to support the DOJ under the MEGA 6 ALS program. This fully remote role focuses on power plant and environmental litigation with focus on document centers and large-scale coordination.

The Lead Project Manager will oversee multiple project managers, coordinate resources, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery while engaging with COR and Government Case Managers.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• At least six years of progressively more responsible experience in major litigation support projects, including at least one year of Project Manager experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support activities and cases involving e-discover.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with attorneys on complex support activities.
• Requires expert knowledge of litigation support; outstanding writing skills; outstanding oral communication skills; outstanding management skills.
• Strong technical background as demonstrated through user level knowledge of eDiscovery tools and data management.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the Government's and Contractor's IT environment in which the work is to be performed, as well as Contractor's 'standard solutions' for eDiscovery, e.g., Clearwell, Relativity, etc.

Responsibilities

• The Lead Project Manager will coordinate efforts of several Project Managers across large Document Centers.
• Direct and coordinate all Document Center resources including staff and tools.
• Carry own caseload in addition to lead/coordinating duties in multi-case environments.
• Consult with COR and Government Case Managers on operations, scheduling, staffing, and progress reporting.
• Ensure overall quality assurance and timeliness of delivery for work performed.
• Coordinate with other Contractor components to align project execution.
