Overview

The Encompass Group has partnered with a thriving and growing plumbing contractor with multiple locations to join their Taylor, TX office. This role is essential in supporting multiple locations and ensuring the successful execution of commercial plumbing projects.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee commercial plumbing projects in Fort Worth and surrounding areas
  • Manage 5-10 projects annually, ranging from $2M - $5M per year
  • Ensure project completion within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Travel to job sites as needed, with hybrid work flexibility
  • Support company growth by implementing process improvements and team organization
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial plumbing construction project management
  • Strong background in new construction projects
  • Proficiency in Smart Sheets, Procore, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) or other related software
